Mi Technovation Berhad, formerly known as Mi Equipment Holdings Bhd, is a Malaysia-based company, involved in the design, development and manufacturing of wafer-level chip scale packaging (WLCSP) sorting machines with inspection and testing capabilities. The company also provides maintenance services, technical support for these machines and sale of related spare parts and components. Its products include WLCSP die sorting machine, WLCSP post sawn final test machine, wafer to wafer sorting machine and infrared inspection machine.
