Camaroe Berhad, through its subsidiaries, is principally involved in the farming and processing of prawns, primarily black tiger prawns. The Group operates 149 ponds across 5 coastal prawn farms in Selangor, Pahang, and Terengganu, and a processing facility in Kapar, Selangor. Its integrated operations allow for full control over the supply chain, from farming to processing and exporting frozen black tiger prawns in customised packaging under customers' brand names. The Group's main export markets are in the Asia-Pacific region, including China, South Korea, and Taiwan. While its primary focus is on black tiger prawns, the company also sources and supplies live or chilled vannamei shrimps upon request from local customers.
